PKRBet Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

PKRBet operates as an online entertainment and betting platform accessible to players in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PKRBet ("the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of PKRBet — including the website, mobile app, sportsbook, casino or bingo products — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PKRBet reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the website or within the app. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

PKRBet's products and services are intended solely for personal entertainment. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts or any other software designed to place bets, manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

All communication from PKRBet — including account emails, promotional messages and support responses — will be in English. Players are encouraged to read all communications carefully, particularly those related to bonus terms, withdrawal conditions and account verification requirements.

2 Accounts & Eligibility

To use PKRBet you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. PKRBet takes the protection of minors seriously and will verify player age where required. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds returned at PKRBet's discretion.

Each player is permitted to hold only one PKRBet account. Duplicate accounts, accounts held on behalf of another person or accounts created to circumvent a previous suspension are all prohibited. PKRBet uses a combination of registration data, payment methods and device information to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information including your full name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• PKRBet may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
• You must notify PKRBet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts registered using false information or fraudulent documents will be permanently closed without warning.

PKRBet does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly restricted by local legislation. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of PKRBet complies with the laws applicable in your location.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on PKRBet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). PKRBet supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and selected mobile wallets. Available payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time you initiate a transaction. PKRBet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to you.
• PKRBet may request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. PKRBet aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but external processing times are outside our control.
• PKRBet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4 Betting Rules

PKRBet offers betting markets across Cricket, Football, Esports and other sports. By placing a bet you agree to PKRBet's specific betting rules for that market, which are displayed alongside the available markets. These general terms apply to all betting activity on the platform.

All bets are final once confirmed. PKRBet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in circumstances specifically described in the product rules (such as in-play cash -out where available). PKRBet reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical faults, incomplete events or where there is evidence of fraudulent activity.

• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per market and are displayed before confirmation.
• PKRBet reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict markets for individual accounts at its discretion.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. PKRBet is not liable for delays caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• PSL, T20 international and ICC tournament markets are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the governing body.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or venue change, settlement rules specific to that market will apply as stated in the betting rules section.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your PKRBet account balance promptly after official result confirmation.

PKRBet uses automated systems to monitor betting patterns. Accounts showing unusual betting behaviour — including but not limited to arbitrage, bonus abuse or match manipulation — may have bets voided and accounts restricted without prior notice.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

PKRBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual terms and conditions which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live. By claiming any bonus you agree to the specific terms of that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirements before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets.
• Not all games or markets contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unclaimed or unmet bonus will be removed from your account after the stated expiry date.
• PKRBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players with active bonus funds at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable notice.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers more than once, exploiting pricing errors or coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

6 Casino & Games

PKRBet's casino and games section includes live dealer tables, slots and bingo. All casino games use certified random number generation to ensure fair outcomes. Game-specific rules are displayed within each product. By playing any casino game you agree to those specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology and are not influenced by PKRBet or any third party.
• Technical interruptions during a casino session — such as disconnection — may result in the bet being settled according to game state at the time of interruption. PKRBet will use available records to resolve such situations fairly.
• Live casino table limits are displayed before you join a table and may vary by time of day.
• Bingo games operate on a scheduled basis. Entry fees and prize pools are displayed before each session begins.

7 Responsible Gaming

PKRBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting is entertainment for adults and should never be used as a way to earn income or recover financial losses. PKRBet provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.

• Deposit limits can be set from within your account settings and take effect immediately when reduced.
• Self-exclusion requests can be submitted to our support team and will be actioned promptly. Self-excluded players may not open new accounts during the exclusion period.

9 Suspension & Account Closure

PKRBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Actions that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to defraud PKRBet or other players.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets or interact with the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Genuine cash balances will be returned to the player after any applicable investigation is complete, subject to the outcome of that investigation.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting PKRBet support. Pending bets and withdrawal requests will be handled according to standard procedures at the time of closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

PKRBet provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free access. While we work to maintain platform stability — particularly during high-traffic periods such as PSL finals or major cricket internationals — we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available.

• PKRBet is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical faults or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• PKRBet is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics or match data.
• Nothing in these Terms limits PKRBet's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Changes to These Terms

PKRBet may revise these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, a prominent notice will be displayed on the platform and, where appropriate, an email will be sent to registered players. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a revision, you should stop using PKRBet and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and PKRBet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
